Brian Milne

Brian is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright in Calgary practising Canadian tax and charities law. He regularly advises public and private businesses, investors, and lenders on a wide range of corporate tax matters, as well as the resolution of disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Brian also devotes a portion of his practice to advising charitable and non-profit organizations and foundations on matters such as governance, charitable gifting, and the structuring of social enterprises. He presently serves on the boards of several charities.

Born and raised in Calgary, Brian has a strong appreciation for the value of southern Alberta’s ranchlands and the benefits that they provide for both rural and urban Albertans.
